While in India studying to be a Vedic meditation teacher, I cared for a litter of puppies and mum with daily feeding, herbs, and medicine. There is so much need to reduce the suffering of stray dogs in India, and I am supporting Green Sakhti, Small Animal Protection Programme, in setting up an animal sanctuary to neuter, feed, and provide care to the dogs of Peedam and Vellore in South India.
